Ordered some Navy Strength Gin and a bottle of Dark Rum. Both absolutely cracking drinks. The Navy Strength is punchy at 57% but very drinkable. The Rum was lovely with ginger ale . Good prompt dispatch and delivery. Top stuff.

Ordered a bottle of gin over a week ago. Unfortunately wasn't delivered due to an intercom system. My partner has been in everyday since to receive the bottle of gin and still this has not been delivered. I emailed 3 times and no response, called numerous times no answer. I have emailed again to ask for a refund - I would be lucky to even get this!

Spent 75 on their website from their Gin side. Got an automated email to say it was delay, I emailed them to ask why. No reply. Promised a new delivery date and it never arrived. Glad I paid with PayPal so I can claim my money back. Such a shame, I had high hopes after seeing it on Dragons Den. Terrible customer service! Avoid!! You will only be disappointed.
