A really nice new development that will in time be a town in its own right. Get in on the ground level. With a beautiful park area, surrounded by woodland and no more than 20minutes drive to almost anywhere in Aberdeen City it really does offer a life style to be envied. Currently no public transport, shops, schools or other services are the biggest draw backs but you are willing to wait I'm sure you will be rewarded. Overall this is a great place to build your life and bring up your family and as they say things can only get better.
