Awful Company , Acorn Stairlifts staff had an accident whilst dismantling neighbouring building to my business in Shipley, caused major damage to building, and to date they wont give insurance details, arrogant member of staff on site who said his name was John Jake. Almost caused severe injury to two members of staff, left gaping holes in our wall. Proper cowboy business avoid like the plague. Typical big company bully boy tactics .

My mother needed a stairlift and after speaking to a couple of companies, we went for Acorn. From the person I spoke to on the phone (Wayne) to the surveyor (Alan) through to the final fitting, everyone was professional, kind and helpful. We're happy with the quality and response. Mum is like a kid on a fairground ride now. Recommended

NO ACCESS TO BATHROOM SO WE JUST TELEPHONED AND YOU SAID WE WILL TRY AND GET AN ENGINEER TOMORROW still waiting for a call back... In reply to your recent post here. You did not resolve the matter as I had to take to social media for you to actually act. Your yearly service was only carried out 3 days before it broke. We will not be continueing with your respond within 24 hours as you would have left an 84 year old lady downstairs with no bed ot toilet facilities until the next day . TOTALL NOT ACCEPTEABLE
