Will NEVER shop here ever again. My daughter went in to buy crickets for her lizards just like she has for the last 2 years. The lady working wouldn't let them buy crickets. Then she was EXTREMELY RUDE when I asked her about why. I had to get all 3 kids out of the car and was not super happy but it is what it is. But her attitude was just awful and then as I was leaving she said to me, \by thanks for wearing a mask\ if I hadn't had to jump out with all of my kids I would have had time to grab it. She should NOT be working with the public for any reason if she is going to be so AWFUL.

We used the grooming service on very short notice. Casey took care of our Chihuahua same day. She gave us helpful tips for the care our little man needs. He looks amazing. No more itching. See you next month.

Store is clean and the associates were friendly. They weren't sure how to handle the issue with my fish tank and suggested a chemical that didn't work at all. However, they aren't specialists. When its all said and done it is a good store.
