The customer assistant Joey was absolutely lovely and despite it being busy and he was seemingly the only person on tills despite the long queue, was still friendly and bubbly. When he called for help on the tills a woman ( the manager i think) came over and appeared quite rude towards him and others. Thank you Joey, i don’t really like this shop but your customer service was impeccable!
