Most pathetic service, in all travels. There staff is non cooperative, rude, comfort level is -100. Even though reserved booking they sales same to 2 customer. my satisfaction level is -100,000 point out of 10

Following deficiencies were noted: 1) Staff behaved rudely. 2) Bus arrived at 12:54 instead of scheduled time of 11:35 3) I reserved my seat, still the same was given to customer, who had not booked seat. On raising query, rude replies were given. 4) The AC was not working

Never go with the rate,Without being obfuscated,Kenson travels is worst of all. My bus departure time after booking on redbus was shown as 11:05 pm,but bus departed by 10:50 pm and they even where rude and did not refunded money.
