I must leave a brilliant review for this store based in Alcester. It’s these sort of companies that will struggle during these times. Tom Print has been more than accommodating to helping me purchase a laptop from himself and has gone above and beyond, he has been nothing but informative, helpful and above all honest at all times. You wouldn’t get this sort of service from a chain store. Highly recommended without a doubt.

Tom has been very helpful and extremely accommodating, as he has dealt with a completely fried computer and built a new one within a week of me bringing my old computer in. He kept me informed and opened his shop on a bank holiday so I could collect it. I would thoroughly endorse his business and his dedication to the customer.
So pleased with the service from Tom Print. I am isolating so he came to pick up my smashed phone from my house and delivered it back to me all repaired within a couple of hours. Amazing! Thank you.
Tom is great to deal with especially for someone like myself with very little technical knowledge. Collection and drop off as agreed and current Covid guidelines followed.
