I love this place. I eat here a few times a month. It’s quick, and everything I’ve tried so far has been great. It’s exactly what I want when I crave American style Chinese takeout. The lady at the front has been nothing but kind to me, and I always leave a gracious tip. If you’re not used to Chinese takeout culture and think the front desk lady rude, then you’re too soft and must not get out much. I’ve definitely experienced way worse, but these guys are always busy and I don’t blame them for being in a rush all the time. I really enjoy the Ma Po Tofu. It’s definitely a lot different from the Sichuan style one I’m used to, but this one is in a delicious brown gravy with carrots and peas.

Hong Kong Express may be the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. I’ve traveled over almost the entire United States and I have not found a Chinese food joint that I can say is better. Their food is phenomenal and their prices are good. Ordering via phone is best and I’ve never had to wait for my order. My girlfriend and I will continue to order from Hong Kong Express. Definitely recommend!
The lady at the register is the MOST RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. She messed up my order and did not even give me a side soup \as advertised\ on their menu. When I asked her about it she was screaming at me that most people don't take the soup so she just doesn't ask. She was screaming and talking 100mph and not even giving me any chance to speak. Then she added if I pay a couple more dollars, she can \fix\ my order. I have been to many asian restaurants like this before and never before have I ran into a lady like her screaming. Food is okay but I didn't receive what I wanted, anyway I am not going to be back to this place. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Be aware of screaming lady please
WARNING: I like the food here but the lady that runs it is EVIL and Do not order Grubhub with them there will be a mistake and they will not help you! Trust me.
