My kids absolutely love this play set! We had it installed while we were out of town for the holidays. I ordered in October and told them the days we would be out of town, and was told there would be no problem installing it while we were away. I got a call the day before we were scheduled to get back and was told the installer was sick and couldn't make it. Thankfully we ended up staying longer than expected so it was ready when we got home. If not for this, our kid's present from Santa would have been ruined. Scheduling could have been better, but my kids love it and my husband and I are also pleased. It seems like it will last for many years.
The install Of the hoop was fantastic. The hoop looks amazing and have been asked by neighbors if Lebrun James lives at my house lol.
