Christine is a great personal trainer! I contacted her last year wanting to get stronger and fitter but unsure how to safely lift weights, and she's helped me with all three of those things. Workouts with her are challenging, but just the right distance outside my comfort zone - after a session with her I'm wrung out but proud of myself, and I've always learned a new exercise or a better technique that I feel confident enough to try in my own time. Christine is also really body positive - I told her at the start that I didn't want to focus on my weight but rather my strength, because I knew that strength was more motivating to me, and true to her word she hasn't once talked about my weight unless I've brought it up. Thanks to Christine I'm the fittest I've been in my life and I'm so grateful for her help!

I really enjoy my workouts with Christine, they're varied and challenging and I feel brilliant like I've really worked hard afterwards. Her expertise as a registered dietician means that she can provide sound, evidence-based advice. Even though we're currently doing virtual PT sessions during lockdown, I feel I've worked just as hard as I would have done in a gym.
