Provided an amazing service at a very difficult time for my family. My father's appointment at the hospital was delayed by several hours and Ambulance Solution Ltd kept me update to date throughout and confirmed when my father was eventually safely home. Excellent service to transport my mother from Southend to North Essex even though we had not pre/booked John was very kind and professional and was able to provide clean and safe transport at the last minute to help us as our other transport had not been suitable. Thank you - would definitely recommend and will use again.
