I got 4 quotes and these guys were the only ones who could supply the windows and door in the size and style we wanted. We only wanted single, uninterrupted glass units. Considering what we have ended up with I think they are competitive and the project management was very good. I made a lot of phone calls to understand the technical aspects and I also changed things last minute but they still met the lead time. The surveyor and the fitters were professional and friendly, a really good start to end experience. I recommend them highly and will be using them again when we are ready to do the front of the house.

The worst window company EVER.... I would strongly recommend anyone considering using this window company to reconsider. I had 14 windows and a 3door bi fold door made and fitted into my home by Hedgehog Windows in 2015. The experience has turned out to be a catalogue of errors and I really wish I had chosen another window company. All fitters sent on site were self employed contractors, who turned up late, didn't turn up at all, failed to bring materials required for the job and then when on site damaged our property and windows to the point where others had to be made to replace them... In-competent would be the only word I could use to describe the contractors that Hedgehog Windows have sent to my home. A real shame as they advocate a premium product and service - don't believe it for a minute.

Really quite poor service. We agreed they would supply windows more rapidly than usual, but the salesperson who we negotiated with left, and with it our agreement. It then took them three tries to get our bifold windows the correct size, and the initial fit of the frame was not square to the house. The product (the Schuco one) is good though. once you get it...
