Plenty of parking. Pretty run down looking area, the heavy silted harbour adds to the somber look. Sadly the wild bird life is obscured by the grass banking. There are fishing produce plants close by and you can try barter a bargain when there.

Visited on a quiet day when there were no events etc. OK there were boats but high and dry on a riverbed - not really a 'harbour' as I'm used to in Plymouth! I loved the Burns paintings and these alone are worth a visit if you are in Annan.
This could be developed into something special with the right people and funding. Ask the public what they think and give it a two page spread in the local paper to air their views, right or wrong.
Thought there would be a place for picnicking. All we found is a bench. City centre animated though
