Exceptional customer service. Brought in a small item and was picky about the font. All 3 team members brainstormed with me for several minutes, showing font examples and even bringing me into the \back\ - where all the magic happens :-) Treated my small item like it was just as important as a large item. Quick turnaround time, even right before the holidays!
