Didn't have to wait long, paid online before arrival (I think that's a requirement now maybe). They had social distancing in place and the staff were friendly as always.

I placed a click and collect order and when i went to collect the wait was over an hour just to get into sainsbury store. Then had to queue again to collect my item, no way to cancel the order as customer service kept cutting me off
