The Active Bonnet mechanism on my E-Class activated when I urgently needed my car for the coming weekend. I explained my predicament to Roger, who was able to move things around so as I could have the work done and the car back, ready for the weekend. Not used ATB before, but I've been: Pleased with the work Pleased with the price Pleased with the overall experience Would both use again and recommend.

I recently visited Roger at ATB after he was recommended to me by a couple of garages that I had visited for a quotation. His expertise when it comes to Mercedes Benz cars is obviously renowned as they said he was the best in the area. I was very pleased with Roger’s professionalism and understanding of what needed to be done on my car. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was 100% happy with the work he did, making little tweaks and adjustments to suit me. Whilst I was there, I spoke to him about his experience and knowledge, and knowing what I know now, I won’t be taking my Mercedes anywhere else. As a person, Roger is approachable, polite and respectful of you and your car. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Let’s keep this established, local business running, because respectable businesses are very hard to come by these days!

This is my first time is using Roger at ATB. I needed a starter motor replacing on an A Class and struggled to find a garage that would actually do the repair, a difficult and time consuming job for this particular car, and not rip me off. Roger was excellent providing a swift, first class service and at a reasonable cost. Roger is now at the top of my list for further work on this car.
