I am sorry to say that based on my experience I found this retailer dishonest and believing itself to be above compliance with UK consumer law. If they sell you a dud, good luck getting your money back or having any communication from them. Make sure you pay on credit card, otherwise it's a very long haul back to the start line PS, Look at all the 5 star reviews here and on trust pilot and who wrote the reviews, the reviewer's track record, their content and timing of when written and draw your own conclusions. Conversely, plenty of 1 star reviews providing substantially more substance than the 5 star reviews. Next to nothing in between. Makes you wonder doesn't it?

The customer service that I received from Harriet Stevenson was second to none. I had a issue with a timepiece sadly that I had just purchased (a first with C W Sellors) but I explained that I was a returning customer and she sorted me out with a free return and a credit refund in less than 24 hours. I couldn't be more impressed with the staff that C W Sellors provide, something that is invaluable when you are spending big money on luxury items. Despite this bump in the road, you have just reminded me of the reason why I keep coming back with my custom. Couldn't have asked for better assistance.
