Atatürk Arboretum is a nice place to visit. However, I did not like that you can not even take food or something to drink inside for very little children. Also I find the place overcharged and there are less places to park your car.

WOW If you are looking for a silent place with beautiful and various types of tree and two attractive lakes. Spend more than 3 hours to walk and enjoy. Take a look at my photos.
The garden is beautiful, the staff know how to protect very well. It was very clean, silent and very beautiful. There are 17 parsel to see. They don’t allow the food, pet, tripot, gimbal etc. You can only take a water with you. The bags are allowed doesn’t matter the size. There is free park lot. We went with my friend and spent almost 2 hrs to see around. I liked it and believe that the most beautiful time to visit this garden is autumn. Entrance fee is 7.5 tl for week day, 20 tl for weekend and for student is just 2.5 tl.
Quick city escape, free car park, reasonable entrance fee.
Hundreds of different tree types. Easy to reach by car and has an huge parking lot. Great views and a very relaxing, calm place.

First thing first; the best piece of garden i ever saw.. very tidy, inspiring and peaceful. There are 3 routes you can follow; you should ask for a free paper guide for this. Arboretum is dedicated to oak trees; but there are many more tree types as well. In spring time of the year; you'll shot by magnolia trees and lavendulas.. The sad thing is; parking space is too limited (it is free tough); and there are no cafes or kiosk for food and beverages.. so, bring your water or die thirsty..
Big and beautiful, however, seems no Cafe or restaurant to have even a cup of tea ..
