If I could, I would give him a zero. My last two visits I waited over an hour to be seen with a scheduled appointment. I know things come up and that is fine, but I scheduled an 8:30 a.m. appointment for a reason. I do not plan on having to wait at a doctor's office for over an hour for a booster shot. The reason I am writing this review is because when I asked for my co-pay back, he informed the receptionist to make sure I never return. I am not the type of person to get angry, but I will remove myself from a bad experience. Given the situation I was still courtesy, but for him to say that to me after I was waiting over an hour for a booster shot was completely unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility, he placed blame which shows me what type of person he truly is. He does not have to worry about me returning, but he may want to explain that to the medical board after I file a complaint.

Today was my first time ever coming to this office as a new patient and it has taken me months to find a primary physician. My appointment time was at 2:30 so I arrived 10 mins early to fill out paperwork. I kinda felt the vibe that the staff was a little rude but I brushed it off because I needed to see a primary physician. They brought me back into my assigned room by 2:45 and took my vitals, then another nurse came in to do blood work by from that point I was sitting in the doctors office for about 2 hours and it was cutting close to pick up my kids once 4:45 hit I was of course started wondering why was the doctor taking so long. so I opened the door and asked the nurse if they had forgot about me. she said give him a minute he will be in shortly. Shorty Dr. Kay Oso did come in the room instead of him just apologizing he Rudely asked me did I have a problem. when I told him how long i had been waiting he told me well since I have a problem then I can reschedule or find another doctor, because hes been a doctor for over 20 years and for that he will not to see me today and then he turned around and walked out of the room. after the long wait, and my day wasted, even finding a sitter. This is the most unprofessional place I think I have ever encountered. I guess because of all his years of experience he feels that its is OK to treat patients however and if they don't like it then reschedule or find a new doctor. Dr. Kay Oso did not respect my time nor me as a patient

My Mother has been loyal to this practice for 25 years..she and my step father. My Mother had an appointment today arrived 15 minutes early and was waiting 1 hour 10 minutes after her scheduled appointment; mind you she is 76 and disabled. I walked into the office and my Mother was still in the waiting area; I asked the front desk clerk..what is going on? She shook her head and nodded...I was upset because of how my Mother was obviously disregarded by Dr. Oso and his front desk staff. In a blink of an eye a person walks out and states to my Mother and I...Dr. Oso will call in enough pills to hold you until you find another Doctor. Really I said bet..we are out. She is now an appreciated human patient in a new healthier environment! For the record Antoinette rocks and should be in a more professional practice. Dr. Oso my 76 year old Mother cried when she left your office because of your blatant disrespect and disregard for her.

This is an excellent medical facility! The doctors provide thorough healthcare and they have a very friendly and professional staff. I am so very happy to have found this level of medical care and in a convenient location.

I will never visit this office again in life the doctor don’t listen to you the staff is rude Over the phone dr. Oso will send you to every specialist around Ga. half the time don’t be necessary. He won’t give you a call to see about or understand your concern never again I’m finding Another doctor ASAP!
