The entire experience at Nalley was the best I’ve had purchasing a car. Previous experiences have been the typical car buying excruciating and exhausting experience. Not at Nalley. Jennifer was very professional and friendly and made the process enjoyable. Corey, the general sales manager, helped facilitate the process with his customer orientation. I drove all the way from Nashville TN. Pauline and J Vaughn are the type of employees you want. I had never met Pauline. She made me and my family feel like family. My kids thought she was an aunt. I work for a Fortune 500 company and know how a business can be successful and survive. Employees like Pauline and JVaguhn will make it a pleasure to do business with. By the way. I have always driven a Lexus and this is my first infinty.

Stephen Smith spoke with me about a QX56 they had on their lot and even followed up with me during the week. Even though we did not end up purchasing from him I appreciated the way he actually seemed to want our business and was helpful in a not pushy way.
