What a disaster!!! Stay away from this completely inept company. They don't answer phones, won't return calls when you leave messages - regardless of how many messages you leave or how urgent the matter, won't answer emails, won't answer questions, screwed up our closing paperwork, forgot paperwork at closing and we were called back in to finish signing paperwork. I could go on and on about how terrible they were to try to work with. I have done many real estate transactions with a number of different title companies and never before had problems before, but this one was nightmare! Worst of all, we were referred to them by a \friend\, so much for friend referrals!
