We have had this insurance for 10 years. They used to provide good coverage and good customer service. But year after year it has deteriorated. I now keep a spreadsheet to keep track of my claims because of all the errors they commit.

Unmatched rate stability and no or low cost prescriptions are two of the best benefits. It's a creative, non-profit healthcare organizations that is created by and for Texans! Quite possibly the best kept secret in healthcare. It really is about the \power of pooling!

I had a few different customer service reps tell me that I did not meet my family deductible and I had a few that told me that I had met my deductible. Instead of getting the run around, I asked to speak to a manager about this claim further and so I could get a straight forward answer. Maribel (Customer Service Manager) is the worst. She will not call you when she promises. I first called and left her a message on 02/14/17 and never heard anything, so I called her on 02/17/17 and she promised she would have the audit report done and call me that afternoon. She never called. I followed up on Monday 02/20/17. The customer service rep I spoke to had to go talk to Maribel. I was told that it was President's Day and that the report wasn't done. They said to give them a couple of days. I waited until Friday 02/24/17. I called in the morning and the female customer service rep was very polite and asked for my email 2 different times and I confirmed it with her at least 4 times. She said that she wanted to send me the audit and give me a chance to review it and Maribel would call me at 1:00pm. Maribel never called. After I got off work at 5:15pm, I called and spoke to a different rep and told them I never received the email and that Maribel never called like she promised. The rep repeated back my email to me and it was wrong. I gave her my correct email address and she promised me that Maribel would call me within an hour. I confirmed with her that she would call me at around 6:30 pm and she said yes and that Maribel usually works until 8:00pm. Well guess what? Maribel has yet to call me as I am writing this post. I have never really had any issues with this insurance company until recently. contract?

I have had T.M.L. insurance for 8 years. I recently hurt my back and my Dr. ordered an M.R.I. T.M.L. denied the M.R.I. and stated that they wanted 6-10 weeks of therapy to see if I got better. How do you do therapy if you dont know what the problem is. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I have payed in for years and then they deny my claim? I am in severe pain day in day out and these folks don't care! I give them (1) star only because it will not let you post if you don't rate them.

I can't get anyone to answer a phone at all, or if they do, they just pick up and then hang up immediately. Don't get hurt or need anything done if these folks are your insurance.
