The personnel was very nice and helpful, our room was junior suit and room was very clean and beautiful. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed the two nights we were staying there. But breakfast was good. And it’s beautiful place. Traditional alsacienne architecture and we had a nice and relax stay at this hotel

Absolutely overpriced. Located in the middle of nowhere. Zero facilities on site or nearby, can only be interesting as a getaway. Arrived at 4pm, no staff on duty anymore (there are instructions about how to get a key though). Room was stone cold (December) because of radiator malfunctioning. Called the phone given, they hardly understand English, asked to call back in 20 mins or so. Ultimately fixed but took hours. Now look at the water from the tap...
The staff were very helpful and kind hearted! We were desperately looking for a hotel at 9pm with two kids and two elderly (because the hotel we booked didn't honor our reservation), and all the other 20 hotels we called were fully booked. They had only one last suit left, and after hearing our situation offered a solution: they added one extra bed and made one other bed from sofa. Our urgency was solved and they didn't ask anything more than standard fee for one suit. We all stayed in a warm and safe place in that evening, I think I will remember this for a very long time!
The food is great, though simple and not that cheap. The service was not good, it took them 40 minutes to get our food when the place wasn't even half full. This is not an authentic German restaurant. They do have a nice atmosphere and a beer garden. This is the only place in town that's open on Sunday evening though.
Want to give more but really can’t . Check in was roughly 20 minutes sitting in the middle of the restaurant while one guy ran around running the show... finally our turn . Check in room is cool very big spacious / warm nice little balcony to smoke on . Come to restaurant for supper ... still one guy running, but different guy. Couple from Italy come in sit .... wait .... sit ... wait . I asked him “ checking in?” He nods yes ... going to another 15 mins I said , actually 20 mins , he get up leaves.... I said you good ? He says no we’re leaving .... have patience when you come here. They make up for it in flair/ good food / and interesting situations .... enjoy this little gem .
Very friendly staff and beautiful place. The room was clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. I recommend having dinner at the hotel. The food was fantastic!

Great hotle in a beautiful town, the rooms were clean and amazing view, the staff were friendly and professional, breakfast was delicious. definitely recommend
