I entered to look at carpet and tile. I was looking at samples near the door. The employee was at the counter looking at his cellphone. He didn't look up or greet me. When I finally moved closer to the counter did he finally look up and greet me. He was very knowledgeable about the products. As he was the only one there, he was having to juggle between helping me, helping another person and answering the phone. As I wasn't getting the help needed, I decided to just leave and go somewhere else.

Sales representative was highly knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, which were a lot! He explained the flooring process for fixing versus remodeling, costs, and time frames. There is a wide variety of floor samples and very polite, helpful information provided. I am glad I read other reviews and chose to go to Flooring Liquidators. They do not disappoint!
