I received my bottle of oil sadly it had been opened on arrival by Royal Mail and some have seeped out. I contacted CBD UK to let them know. They contacted me straight away and not only did they send me another bottle they sent me another one free !!!! Excellent customer service I would not buy my oil anywhere else now. Thanks so much CBD UK.

I ordered the heat/joint cbd cream for my dads birthday this weekend, when it arrived the lid had been damaged and some of the contents over the the jar (by no fault of their own), I emailed as I was disappointed that my dad wouldnt get the gift on time. I received a reply almost immediately letting me know that they'd sent another jar guaranteed next day delivery and with some extra CBD gummies for the inconvenience. Fantastic personal service. 10/10
