Spacious shop with clothes, books, and all sorts of other kit. Good value and the range of stuff hits the spot.

Hands down the best charity shop in Banbury. Great prices which is reflected in the fast turnaround of stock. Friendly staff happy to take a wide variety of goods ( unlike a lot of the pickier charity shops around) and short stay parking outside. Staff always helpful to help drop off stuff or when selling.

I will always gravitate towards a Hospice Charity for the exceptional work they do; this shop however is the worst representative for the work the Hospice does. Every surface was filthy with dust, grime and coffee stains. There was no love given to the donations as they were sorted from the dirty floor. The clothes were, I grant you, ever so cheap; three quid at most. But the shoddy, stained, bobbled clothing on offer was too sad even for that price. There were some interesting bric a brac on the multiple shelves but In such a setting we weren't inspired to investigate further. The volunteer at the counter was proud of her ten year service, and rightly so, but the staff obviously need a hand in keeping the space hygienic let alone with stock merchandising.

Really disappointed to arrive at the shop at 3.50pm and they’d already locked the door with customers still inside. Had already been in and wanted to return to buy something only to find a locked door and a scowling staff member.

Fantastic charity shop for a local cause! Prices are cheap and they aren't greedy or trying to be mainstream stocking mass produced new stuff like most charity shops. Yes it is like a jumble sale and you do have to hunt but that is the fun! Love this place and is first choice when donating!
