Zero star rating if that were possible. What thoroughly rude staff: kept waiting for a full 10 minutes at the head of the queue. Greeted (eventually) with - at best - a grudging nod. Invariably kept waiting - even when there is no queue - and seldom a polite word. After many years of collecting prescriptions from this pharmacy I have finally amended my nominated pharmacy to another. I tire of this rudeness. If you're not a 'people person' (and, trust me, at least 1 of you is not) then please just stay in bed and let someone else do your job. Perhaps someone who would actually be happy to be there and serve customers. That could work. You even managed to tell the NHS that I had claimed a 'free' scrip when in fact I had paid: I had to evidence payment (mercifully it was on a credit card and thus simple to do) otherwise risk prosecution for your error. Whether genuine error, or attempted fraud on your part, I shall never know. The one exception: chap with the beard. Always jolly, thoroughly professional and always helpful. The rest of you could learn a great deal from this chap. Incidentally, try \May I help you?\, rather than \Can I help you?\ since the latter will probably be met with \I sincerely doubt it\. Missing you already.

Just want to thank the wonderful staff at Lloyds Pharmacy who went out of their way to assist me this afternoon. I think you are all amazing, friendly and caring.
Always have to wait 30 minutes to collect a pre-ordered prescription. Staff constantly farting around.
Good customer care. Able to help and give urgent precription.
Cannot believe they shut from 1 to 2pm for lunch. it's hardly the village shop. They need more staff.
