This salon clearly cares about its customers more than anything and tracey helps to create the most relaxing sensation i have ever experienced. Highly recommend.
I was going weekly for a massage until finding the place closed for an appointment booked a week previously. Telephoned twice and the reason given was that that day had been 'booked off'. Clearly she didn't feel like coming in for one appointment. At least let customers know you wont be there! Waste of time and very unprofessional. Beauty salons are ten a penny in the area. Not recommended.
Tracey is absolutely fantastic. I go every month for a massage with her. She is so friendly and is happy to do what she can to make sure she can fit you in at an appropriate time for you.
Very friendly, great service. Been a regular customer for about 7 years :) Would definitely recommend :) x
