Steve is amazing. I'd brought something along to be embroidered on the Friday and he said he could get it done by Monday or Tuesday and asked if that was alright. I said I was hoping to present the embroidered item to someone on Saturday evening. He told me to come back in an hour and it was all done, finished to an excellent quality and only 5 - really can't recommend him more!
