The studio itself and all the facilities are great, all musical needs are catered for in terms of equipment etc... however, the real value is in Sam himself. Friendly,down to earth, and his workmanship and skill are rare to find. Not only is he a great sound engineer but man he's got a heart. He really tunes in to what you are going for and he gives his input just when you need it most. And that's really invalueable considering the amount of experience he has from producing and working with so many music genres. He's super patient and his ears are sharp ... This guy works tirelessly and delivers top quality sound! cannot recommend enough

My band recently recorded a short album at Stiwdio Un. We stayed in the bunk house for three nights and had an all round awesome time over the weekend. The standard of work was consistently very high and we were extremely happy with the finished product. Sam (the engineer and owner) executed everything with confidence, charisma and absolute professionalism. He is clearly highly educated and knowledgeable in his field of work. We were warmly welcomed by Sam and felt that the vibes at the studio/bunk house/bar helped us get the most out of the time we spent there. As a residential studio with the engineer, equipment and facilities that this place has you would be foolish to turn it down at such a reasonable price. Highly, highly recommended!!!

Absolutely fantastic studio!!! We were really well looked after by Sam and his wonderful wife (she makes a mean chilli by the way). The facilities were excellent, everything we needed. The accommodation was superb and we even got to use the hot tub (even if the outside temperature was -2). The surrounding countryside was idyllic for getting the creative juices flowing. Would highly recommend for anyone and we shall certainly try to head back soon.
