If you want to discover the real tastes of Spain you have to try this place when you’re in town. A local culinary experience and great service. Stone oven cooked meats and vegetables. Every platter was made to the point and every flavor takes you to a specific geographic area in Spain.

One of the most traditional taverns you will find in Barcelona. I strongly recommend the \Entrecot a la pedra\. You pay and you decide what is the meaning of Well done meat :)

We found this place years ago by accident and we always make a stop, when in Barcelona. If you love meat, this is your place to be. Original Meat dishes. Open fire grilled beef, Lamb, pork, chicken, patatoes, veggies and nice fresh looking salads(we just came for the meat ;)) and delicious bread (must order with aioli, and tomatoe or with a platter of xarcuterie(Lomo iberico) or just all of it as a nice big Entree. The meat: we almost tried all of it and everything was fingerlicking good. If you are very hungry or best 2 Persons, order the chuleton a la piedra, which is the most Tender beaf just kissed by the flame in the kitchen, then cut in slices. You get your own hot stone for the table and grill it till it is perfect for you. This is a Restaurant visited by locals and tourists alike. Do not hesitate and stop by. This is a place very worth supporting and a big plus, you will walk out happy and the bugdet for your vacation will not have a big hole in it, the prices are more than fair!
