Guy on reception was very attentive friendly & happy go lucky wen we arrived, so five stars for that. The price was good for a family of 4 for 2 games, but on the 2nd game we had a few technical faults which staff dealt with. Shame that the air hockey & basketball arcade units were out of order, as you get your money’s worth on them games. Worth going if you live in the area or on holiday like me & my family were.

Friendly staff and a good atmosphere! Great place for ages and they have a bar!
The staff were very apologetic that they were running so late ( we were kept an hour before getting the lane we'd booked) given a free drink ( for 6 people ) lanes balls and seating area cleaned thoroughly before we were given the lane .
