I am not one to write reviews, however I had to this time. We dropped off our car on a Tuesday at 7:00 a.m. to have service look at a couple of things after they performed a prior service on the car. I called on Wednesday at 4:30 because we had not heard from Kelly/service rep. To my dismay Kelly indicated its 4:30 and we have not gotten to your car and it has been moved to the back for storage. It was as though, I had the nerves to call her at 4:30 and to ask about an update. On Thursday, my husband called and left messages and no return call. On Friday at 4:30, he went to the dealership and the car is still parked in the same location. Kelly indicated the tech looked at the car however they were not able to find anything. Yet we received no phone call. My husband asked for keys and left. The level of customer service from Kelly has been unacceptable. I understand you may be busy however after a couple of days, surely you can take the time out to contact the customer to keep them abreast of what is going on. Secondly, if a customer has an issue after a service you performed, that should be a top priority of a business. Very disappointed with the level of customer service during this visit.
The service department at Infiniti of Memphis went above and beyond to help me with the service of my Wife's QX80.. Jeff Skola is one of the best service Advisers around. Go see him and the team at Infiniti of Memphis for all your service needs !!!
