We've arrived almost an hour later than our original booking (traffic & we notified them and were still greeted in the most friendly manner. Wonderful customer service! The food is also excellent, worth a stop when you are in Bath. A very pleasant surprise

Jason was fantastic from start to finish. On the phone when booking to arriving and enjoying a fantastic 3 course meal which was for my girlfriends birthday. The food is divine. The service is 1st class. I always leave reviews as this is certainly the best service I've ever received.
Friendly staffs. Good anti-COVID measurement. The chocolate dessert is fabulous!
