Interesting flavors beautifully enhanced by the smokey aromas from the wood fired oven. Nice wine selection, and mostly Italian beers. Lovely and friendly staff, with outside heated tables - great for Covid 19 compliance.

The most creative pizza I have eaten!! Despite being a Bath Resident, I'd only visited late last year; and am I sorry I waited so long. I think I may be among the masses that had to try their award winning Cotto Ham and Creamed Walnut pizza and I couldn't stop eating. I love trying unique and signature dished and this one did not disappoint. The only wish I had was the inclusion of more nduja to further compliment the beautiful balance of sweetness from the walnuts and fig jam, with the saltiness of the ham. And despite the savoury toppings, I felt like I could have happily been eating this for desert. I can not wait to try something new on my return. It's definitely one of the best pizzerias outside of Naples.

Amazing restaurant! Friendly and caring staff and a brilliant atmosphere. Only downside is that there were minimal vegetarian options for the pizzas, and can’t remember seeing any Vegan options at all. I’m sure the staff would be more than happy to adapt one of the existing pizzas to fit dietary requirements. Highly recommend.

Really gorgeous food. You can really taste the freshness and the quality of the ingredients. The service was excellent. The staff made eating out such an enjoyable experience. They were attentive, friendly and funny, but still gave us plenty of time to enjoy our own company. We sat outside under the heaters and were able to enjoy watching the world go by. I wish we had somewhere closer to home that was as enjoyable as this to visit (we live in Dorset and were visiting Bath for the day). We have tried lots of places locally and often find the service is slow or poor and the food is only 'ok'... But when you are going out for a treat you hope for better than 'ok'! 'The Oven' is far better than ok!!! Next time we go to Bath we will definitely book a table again!

The staff were so friendly and not overbearing at all. The food was some of the best I’ve ever had, in fact the pizza was the Best I’ve EVER had! We had lovely wine and cider and with starters, drinks and pizzas, 50 was a pretty great price for the quality of food. Can’t recommend more highly
