I made an order at 8pm and after an hour of waiting I called and was told it would be delivered before 10. at 10.20pm I called the shop to get the ordered cancelled as it was now getting too late. I was spoken to very bluntly and was told the food was on its way and would be 10mins. I asked if my ordered could just be refunded as it was now very late and before I could finish what I was trying to say I was cut off with a very blunt Yes and then I was hung up on. I use candy land on a regular basis however I won't be buying from this business again. Please note this is a Tuesday night so unsure why it would take over 2 hours to deliver.

I use this place a lot but will take my money somewhere else from now on, I’ve just been shockingly spoken to, it’s not my fault there’s things at home going on, don’t bring it to work. I’m really angry at the way I was spoken to and really spoken to like “ your order means nowt. Well good customer service is always the best remember that when your very rude on the telephone next time I say next time because for sure you treat people like this a lot!!!! Terrible service no help or adjustment non help in ordering or deliver.
