Phoned last week for an appointment sounded very nice then got a text the night before to say she had to cancel as she was ill, fair enough these things happen. We re-booked for today at 9.30 but guess what she didnt turn up got not text no phone call to say she wouldnt be coming. Iam totally raging this is a nice way to treat potential new clients.
