Excellent service and unquestionable value. Required a TV and needed the simplicity of making a purchase, knew what I wanted and although it was not on the floor, an assistant did not have a problem fetching one, including assisting with transferring to my car. On this day, at that time, staff were very helpful but opinions vary. N. B. I AM DISABLED AND IN A WHEELCHAIR, GOOD SALES STAFF ARE NOT ALWAYS ABOUT... BUT THEN AGAIN NEITHER ARE POLITE CUSTOMERS!

Staff very pleasant. Leaving a laptop in for the 3rd time. As it will not let you upload updates on windows 10 has needed to be sent back for this to be done. Was told by staff the laptop was really only for web browsing. My complaint is why was I not told this when buying it. Will probably be back this time next year for Windows 10 to be updated. Not a happy customer. If I need to buy a new laptop it will not be from pc world

They have a gatekeeper at the door to make sure there aren't too many people inside. Collections can be made without having to go inside. I wanted to look at high end TVs and had a very good chat with a couple of very knowledgeable sales people who didn't pressure me at all.

Honestly the worst after sales customer service I have ever come across. In store they are very good but online/over the phone/web chat is horrendous. Hours and hours of my life that I'm never getting back.
