Hidden gem in East Belfast, outside it looks like a normal sized shop but inside it expands into a large shop spanned over 3 floors that can take over an hour to properly explore, you could probably do your Fitbit 10k steps just browsing. It also has a customer lift in the corner if required, which can be hard to find unless you ask a staff member. Selection is unrivaled in Belfast and great customer service especially from Cathy, the only issue is that she's so helpful that I usually end up buying more than I originally had desired as she's so good at pairing other furniture with what I needed. A great locally run company and good range of prices, at the lower end it matches the next/DFS price points but with better quality and also usually has a choice of fabrics, and at the higher end it has a great selection to choose from. Definitely recommended

Our bed& bedroom furniture arrived today and it is beautiful and great quality. I didn't get the name of the delivery men - I think one was called Stephen but I didn't catch the other. They assembled all the furniture and took the empty boxes etc with them - something which I have never experienced with other companies. They are a great asset! I will be back to purchase more items for our home. Very happy, thank you.

Have just bought a 3, 2 1 suite from PETER. What a gentleman he is. He was there for us every step of the way in helping pick our suite. Very down to earth chap, and explained everything we needed in detail, just the way it should be. Lovely store for all your household furniture etc. 1st CLASS SERVICE. BRAVO. David

If you cant find it in Keens it doesn't exist, they have everything for the home. We purchased a 4 seater sofa last month, then went back yesterday and the lovely Cathy looked after us. We bought a shelving unit and a beautiful tub chair. Cathy was brilliant and the delivery of our sofa and installation was excellent. The service in Keens is the best I have come across and we have been to most furniture stores in NI. I cant recommend Keens enough, a gem in the heart of East Belfast. thank yiou all, see you soon.
