Call centre. Was good for a while part time. The company burnout stuff. Has a high turnover. Gets boring after a while
Unacceptable service. I've just spoken with an advisor that failed to identify himself, and also failed to get me through his supervisor. Also hang up the call (after me waiting for more than 20 minutes to get through someone), apparently didn't want to do his job. He wasn't able to help me with my queries, but also took the freedom of blaming me of something their team has done wrong. Also playing the Covid-19 card, saying that he cannot help me because of this. That is unacceptable, knowing there's actually people risking their life fighting against this situation. We all are experiencing delays due to this situation, but Lloyds bank advisors aren't the only ones working during the Covid-19 situation either. And of course my issue wasn't resolved and I still don't have any response from the bank either. If you can, avoid opening an account in Lloyds Bank, as I know people they've had exactly the same issue, and has already been resolved by their bank.
Building facade has had a multi million pound make over looks truely stunning, setting a new bench mark fot NI Architecture. Congratulations to McAdams, Taylor & Boyd, Arcadis & Wates Smartspace main contractor for the works.
