I found the staff really helpful for what bits I needed. A few things before you head in though; the Drone factory takes cash (there is an ATM just outside, so it is handy), and when you get buzzed in, jump into the elevator and up to floor 2 (if you climb the stairs, you'll be greeted by a locked door).
