Rent keeps going up. Maintenance is unattentive. Normally very nice place to live but this year (2020) they will not open pool. The neighbors are for the most part friendly. I would probably give them a 4.5 rate if it wasn't for maintenance, they are very lousy. I've been at campgrounds that were better taken care of! It you have a problem with your trailer that you rent you are on your own!
