There is this cashier on first floor. He calls himself Ramu.... I asked for water bottle n he billed me for it. I forgot to collect it n when I realised he said they don't sell water. I asked y did he charged me for it at the first place n I said I wouldn't have checked back then I would have lost that money. Obviously if u dont sell water then billing didnt make sense unless u think the customers are fool but see this guys attitude instead of apologizing for the mistake,he shows this attitude n blamed that my thinking is wrong... I mean he made mistake n doesn't have curteousy to admit the mistake. Well the food is good but but can't guarantee that staffs are professional n curteous. Customer service experience I had was pathetic.
