I cannot understand the reviews posted by other reviewers as I have nothing but praise for Gossoms End. Receptionists are efficient and very helpful. I can get appointments very easily and promptly both online and over the phone. Both doctors are very skilled with wide experience, listen and give sound advice, are prompt in booking further investigations if deemed advisable, do not rush you during consultations, are very aware of patients' medical histories and the clinic's ongoing monitoring services are also very good. I am very happy with the services provided and thankful that they are my GPs. Negative comments I have read on this platform describe a situation that I do not recognize at all.
So disapointed!!! Is the worst centre I have ever been. It’s first time I went to a centre since I moved in Berkhamsted but I will never ever come back there. I went for a cervical test and the lady was so rough, I told her with this things you shoul be carefoul with your patient and she was just pushing and hurt me. Honestly, i have noticed also she doesn’t have any idea of what she is talking about. She doesn’t know what is she doing.
Dont ever go back to this Surgery...only two doctors and Ive been seen by a Man (Doctors) which didnt really acted like that,very disappointed and still feeling ill,very careless not attention at all.. Ill make sure all my friends and family will know that place is not the best option for a surgery.
