A spectacular cave! As to be expected, there are quite a few stairs. The pace is slow, adequate and appropriate to the depth and length of the cave. The tour guide was jovial, vastly knowledgeable and more than willing to answer any questions with tact.

We were deciding between a few different caves in the area and this one won out, due to it being warm year-round and with lakes which I thought the kids would enjoy. Definitely a great choice! It wasn't too over-produced and the staff were friendly, informative and fun. It was our 2nd cave tour as a family (kids are 9,7 and 5) and the amount of walking/stairs was definitely do-able. Our guide, Lisa, was informative and entertaining and there was a lot to see. The history of the cave and the information about the cave formations were fascinating. The cave is humid and warm so jackets and coats are discouraged. The gift shop was nice with both Arkansas rocks and your typical rock gift shop items. I'd definitely consider visiting again!

Gorgeous, huge cave! We loved the guide explaining the science behind the cave and how it formed. It really is beautiful to see. The only thing I would have preferred is everyone working wearing a mask - there were a couple of ladies working inside the shop without masks.
Guide was great. My son loved the cave. This was our 2nd time going.
