Wandered into this place just because I've never tried Nicaraguan food. Very flavorful, expertly prepared food. Would recommend!

Horrible place bought a torta de asada for 7 and it came with hair in it. The worse part is the mother of my child was eating it when I called for my refund they couldn't for some unknown reason so I asked for nachos and the lady told me no be cause it's 4 dollars more like really? I can't at least knocc 2 off for the grilled hair on the side so I then asked for a burrito which is 3 dollars less she said yes so fast and never said a word about it being cheaper if you wanna rob me just say that sis the burrito had no onion or cilantro like the first one did I was disgusted

My family and I were excited to try this restaurant out during our visit to OKC. The food did not disappoint! We don’t have the opportunity to enjoy Nicaraguan flavors back home in NW Kansas so we were truly delighted to have a taste of authentic Nicaraguan cuisine. Will definitely be back when we return. The cerdo asado with gallo pinto and plantains was my favorite!

The food is good, but for what it is, a bit overpriced. I asked for plantain chips for dipping. I was charged at least 5 and got these sugar coated plantains that were just awful. It was clearly a misunderstanding, but it really upset me. We ordered food for just two people and the total came to more than 40 and we didn’t even dine-in OR get it delivered. I drove to pick it up. I still can’t believe it cost over 40 for two people to eat. Note, this included no drinks or desserts. I would honestly give them a much lower rating, because I absolutely hate being taken advantage of and ripped off, but they’re just starting out. I’m hoping they can get it together in time and adjust their prices to be more reasonable. I can’t say I’ll return, but to support a new business, check it out. Be very wary of the prices though! Also, this upset me so much, because we order sushi from a much higher end restaurant AND pay to have it delivered (5.5 miles away). Our total including the tip and delivery fee is LESS than our total here. It’s very aggravating.
