Chevy Chase Acura was absolutely fantastic -- even more since I needed work done on a Sunday (and on a long weekend too) as an emergency. My battery died and needed to be replaced as I was leaving for Florida (postponed a day due to this issue). Jermaine greeted me and listened to my issue. While I didn't have an appointment, he 100% made the time and effort to get my car into the schedule to accommodate. He was thorough and had my car in/out within 90 minutes. The whole experience was JUST FABULOUS from beginning to start. Thank you Chevy Chase Acura and Jermaine!!
