Spent some tough days here recovering from injuries but the staff are world class professionals. Never gave up on any of us patients and helped us prepare for the civilian world once we're separated from the service. The facility was going through the \BRAC\ when I was there so traffic was horrible but to see structures go up like the new gym facility was amazing.

Wonderful staff! I had the best care at Walter Reed. I delivered my baby via c-section in Dec 2020 and all the doctors and nurses were absolutely fantastic!

On point, COVID test was quick even with a line of about 10 cars. In and out in about 20 minutes. Result back in about 12 hours. Staff friendly and professional.

Went in at four o'clock a.m. for a \simple\ procedure, which is fine waited the coldest waiting room I've ever been in. Might as well waited outside, then was told at 11 that I could see my wife and she would be moved (she was the one in surgery) in about 30 min. or so I did not receive a call or a notification or anything all of two hours later. Then I proceeded to ask why but most people seemed lost or didn't know how to tell me that they messed up some paper work and I had to wait all because someone typed the wrong floor number. A simple heads up and I wouldn't be so upset.
