Good place for a walk and to see a part of nature. Abundant birdlife out on the water. Take yours bins and camera.

This is a lovely place to come to but because of covid the woods were closed off so could not go for a walk. But we did see the geese and ducks. The toilets were open but was a shame was not allowed to walk around. Could not stay for long as nowhere to go. On a normal day where everything is open this place is lovely.

Great wildlife area to explore with fascinating plant cultures. Amazing for great big walks. Some paths more accessible than others, beware wheelchair directions as some grassy areas can be difficult to traverse. Knowledgeable and warm friendly staff, please contribute a donation when visiting as its a wonderful place enjoyed by so many. Spectacular reservoir with many viewing platforms.
