I had been recently searching for a new car for some time and a friend found the one i liked and it was based at Regal Motors. It had been some time since i had bought a car from a dealership and was anxious about it but my fears were unfounded. The process from test drive to purchase of my vehicle was pleasant, relaxing and hassle free. Nigel was super helpful and was very knowledgeable and friendly. This is a family run business and it shows, no pressure or sales tactics and i felt safe and confident with them. Bought a new car from Regal Motors recently. We dealt with Gary Malkin. A polite, personable and professional salesman. We live in Great Yarmouth, we ordered the car over the phone and the car was waiting for us on the agreed day. We were kept updated at all times despite the distance.

My motorbility car as came back from a 2 yearly Inspection again no valet or wash before car was returned To me... Some weeks ago phoned and spoke to service department Explaining I had got a management light on wanted me to Take car to them explained that I was on lockdown due to COPD Wouldn’t come and fetch it but she said that she would book it in Anyway..???? I said why I couldn’t take it there just incase which Part of lockdown she didn’t understand..... The feeling I have got from this garage is are come take a seat we can help You all lovelies till they get the signature then of you go bye bye that’s how It feels money got that’s it after care this place is a joke I understand the virus trying times but wouldn’t help at all
